The FT1050 fully automatic stop-and-rotate screen-printing machine is an independently developed product that incorporates our company’s advanced foreign design and manufacturing technologies as well as mature offset printing technology. It is specifically designed for screen printing in the paper packaging industry. This machine employs the classic stop-and-rotate technology, achieving a maximum operating speed of 4,000 sheets per hour. It also features continuous feeding and continuous receiving technologies, eliminating the need to stop the machine for loading or unloading paper—a significant improvement over conventional fully automatic screen-printing machines. As a result, time wasted during paper loading and unloading is completely eliminated, increasing the overall printing utilization rate by more than 20%. This machine is suitable for screen printing applications in industries such as ceramics and glass decals, advertising, packaging printing, signage, textile transfer, and electronics. On standard models, the machine height can be increased by 300 mm or 550 mm (allowing a maximum paper-loading height of 1.2 meters).
