The FT-series flat-conveyor jet-type high-efficiency automatic dryer is a drying equipment specially designed and developed by our company for various screen-printing inks with different characteristics. This equipment can also be seamlessly integrated with a wide range of imported and domestically produced printing machines, forming a complete and highly efficient production line. This dryer is widely used in the printing industries for paper, printed circuit boards, dashboards, advertising, plastics, and other materials. The equipment features three unique functions: hot-air drying, UV curing, and cold-air cooling. The standard configuration of this dryer includes four hot-air drying zones, one UV curing zone, and one cold-air cooling zone. Its conveyor mesh belt is made of glass fiber coated with Teflon from the United States, offering excellent resistance to coating, high-temperature tolerance, abrasion resistance, and radiation resistance. The cooling unit is equipped with an imported compressor that generates a low-temperature cold-air environment, enabling rapid and effective reduction of the drying temperature of printed materials. The equipment’s operating speed is continuously adjustable, and its top cover is opened pneumatically for convenient operation. Depending on the type of printing material and the specific characteristics of the ink, the equipment offers multiple optional operating modes, including single-lamp mode and multi-lamp mode. These modes not only extend the service life of the lamps but also help save energy.
