This 360-degree stop-and-rotate fully automatic screen-printing machine employs a classic stop-and-rotate technology, offering advantages such as precise and stable paper positioning, high printing accuracy, fast speed, low noise, and a high degree of automation. It is suitable for applications in fields including ceramic and glass decal printing, the electronics industry (membrane switches, flexible circuits, instrument panels, mobile phones), the advertising industry, packaging printing, signage and labeling, textile transfer printing, and special-process applications. <br/> 1. Classic stopping mechanism: The automatically stopping plate roller ensures that the printing paper is fed accurately and reliably into the roller clamping device, thereby achieving extremely high precision. Meanwhile, both the roller clamping device and the registration guide rails are equipped with photoelectric sensors to monitor the correct positioning of the printing paper, effectively reducing the occurrence of printing defects. <br/> 2. The bottom of the feeding table employs vacuum adsorption technology, which, in conjunction with the paper-feeding and pressing mechanisms on the table surface, ensures accurate and smooth conveyance of various materials. <br/> 3. Two cams independently control the movements of the doctor blade and the inking blade. The doctor blade is equipped with a pneumatic pressure-retention device, which ensures sharper printed images and more uniform ink distribution.
